Grace Wilson is a master’s student in the Applied Plant Sciences program at the University of Minnesota, where she has been modeling the effect that increased grass-fed beef production in SE MN could have on water quality. Grace holds a bachelor's degree from Macalester College where she studied biology. She is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys spending time tending to her vegetable garden.

Steve Lammers is currently a sophomore in Agricultural Education at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities from Johnsburg, MN in Southeastern Minnesota. Steve is involved in FarmHouse Fraternity, the Agricultural Education Club, and Agricultural Awareness Day. After college he plans to be a High School Agri-Science teacher in the Midwest. He is an avid fisherman and interested in computers and information technology, especially the use of social media to reach nontraditional audiences.

Jane Grimsbo Jewett is an Information Exchange Program Associate with the Minnesota Institute for Sustainable Agriculture; involved in website development and management, listserv management, and writing and editing publications. She is a member of the Minnesota Grown Advisory Committee and the Minnesota SARE (Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education) advisory committee, and a life-long farmer near Palisade, MN.
